XTJ is a leading supplier of cast, and fabricated wear solutions to OEM and aftermarket crusher operators. We have over 12 years' experience supplying crushing wear parts to global mining and mineral processing, waste to energy plants, steel, cement, paper mill customers. We supply crusher liners and wear parts with innovative designs and alloys specifically developed for each application and specific location within each cone crusher liner. Our experienced sales and engineering departments work closely with the end user to determine exactly what is required in order to supply innovative engineered custom crusher liners and wear parts for crushing processes that are subjected to severe impact and high abrasion. Our wear components are made from impact resistant and abrasion resistant alloys including ASMT A 128 manganese, ASTM A 532 Chrome white iron, and fused chrome white irons over mild steel plate. As an ISO 9001 certified company, strict QA and QC programs are in place at many levels to ensure quality. The material we use on these parts are usually high chrome cast steels. Chrome iron is a kind of anti-wear material with excellent performance and special attention. It has much higher wear resistance than alloy steel, much higher toughness and strength than ordinary white cast iron, and it also has good anti-high temperature and anti-corrosion performance. We are supplying lot of such castings to many industries like mining, cement industry, power plants and others.

Abrasion resistant cast irons are also referred to as wear resistant cast irons, high chromium alloys, white cast irons and Ni-hard cast irons. Abrasion resistant cast irons have been alloyed to secure high resistance to abrasive wear in the applications of the mining, milling, earth-handling and manufacturing industries.
XTJ are able to supply finished size and fully machined abrasion ressistant castings.
Many people think high chrome white iron can not be machined, but in XTJ, CBN tools have been successfully used to machine hardened high chrome white irons for many years. High chrome white iron can also be softened for drilling and tapping, and then it will be hardened to 56HRC minimum.
XTJ proudly offer abrasion resistant cast irons that fully meet the ASTM A532 standard, including:
● ASTM A532 Class I Type A
● ASTM A532 Class I Type B
● ASTM A532 Class I Type C
● ASTM A532 Class I Type D
● ASTM A532 Class II Type A
● ASTM A532 Class II Type B
